I remember reading those Ann Landers columns and was <I<thrilled that I was right. I have to admit, I've got a thing about "over".

Of course, the rest of the house can be dirty as all getout, but as long as the tp is correctly installed, we're OK.

I always put ours on over the top.

it was a "trick" question.

because of coriolis force it really can't
be answered without knowing the latitudinal
and longitudinal coordinates of the tp dispenser.
