OT This morning, I read that 1000s of Pakistani ethnic Pashtuns are crossing the border into Afghanistan to join the Taliban forces. Our nuclear armed "ally" is unable or unwilling to stop this. The Arabs that you would force Israel to make "peace" with are as reliable as the Pakistanis. Would you be happy if the Taliban promised not to attack us again? Would that be sufficient for you to pull out and allow them to rule Afghanistan? The Arabs attacked Israel 3 times, 1948, 1967, and 1973. Each time, the objective was to destroy Israel. You would give them a country in the Palestine mandate if they promise not to attack again? What Bush and Blair need to say to Arafat is, "stop the violence or Israel will drive you out of the West Bank and Gaza and we will not stop them!" Of course this will not happen until all the oil in the Middle East is pumped out.
