My understanding of the law is that release may be delayed by EO prompted by national security concerns. In any event, if the release was illegal all the demolibs would be whining and suing, etc. The problem for the antianythingBush zealots is that the country has no time nor stomach for this petty, partisan demolib whining at the moment. There are bigger fish to fry... JLA
