Yes, Mr. Clinton saved us from that serious Voodo Doll threat. I do have to admit that.

However, since his stated goal was to bring democracy to the country, and give the people there a chance to rise from their bone crushing poverty, the efforts there were nothing but a heart breaking failure.

You don't see Hati or Bosnia threating us years after the missions.
