Looks like a breakout to me, volume is as much as much as it was yesterday on the full day, and that was pretty much peak volume. Something is afoot.

It's a rear end manufacture, meaning at the end of the chip manufacturing process. I always take it, as a good sign that KLIC is able to do well because of were its product is used in the manufacturing process. Also, I believe INTC plans for future chips manufacturing play into KLIC strength.
