Intel is winning the price war - they are profitable, and AMD is not.

Intel can go at the current pace, and pay for future R&D, AMD cannot.

It is not Intel's fault if their ASPs are higher (their products are in greater demand, and command higher prices.

Any further savings from a shift to 0.13u, especially if they get an extra 6 month lead on AMD will allow further price reductions that AMD cannot afford.

As I said, if AMDs products (Hammer etc) allow for higher ASPs in the future, then things could change, but as things stand Intel is in the driver's seat, and the relative share performance over the last 3-6 months reflects this.
