Been posting for several weeks on SD II that it's highly likely the PPT received a huge budget increase. Probably was tucked away under some unrecognizable "miscellaneous" item in one of the recent emergency appropriations bills Congress passed after the WTC massacre.

IMO a key freedom were losing is the free market, as the government considers support of the dollar and more widespread market manipulation essential to supporting national morale as part of the war effort.

No doubt the related effort to suppress gold will become an increasingly bitter struggle of the free market vs a big brother central government.

In the near term, my guess (considering the context of the above) is the GATA case will be dismissed for "national security reasons" (aka what's good for the gold shorts is good for America) Don't know if it will go to discovery first or not.
