I dont think it'll have any effect as mortgage's are pegged to teh 10 year i believe

jumbos are believe are over 205,000 or 210,000

I thought jumbos were over $275,000. Not sure about ARMs that are tied to 30-yr bond (don't know of any) but mortgage rates typically follow 10-yrs treasuries (like he said)
