Are you asking me? If so, I'm flattered, but your interest is wasted on me. From what I've seen, a flat range is followed by a strong breakout that can be faded. So, for instance, right now QLGC is breaking to the upside. That tells me to short it. But if the breakout continues, it can be strong.
