getting rid of the long bond has made investments in FNM and FRE attractive. the treasury move will direct money into these securities imo. i continue to feel that FNM will be a late nut to crack...not until next year and may in fact get a reasonable run here.

fwiw, i covered my SPY short for a 30 cent loss...insanity out there today
