Maybe there are - it's a mystery to me. The refusal of any religious leaders to issue edicts that terrorists go to hell means either they are afraid for their lives, or are quietly supporting them on the sidelines while the terrorists do their dirty work.

Did you see the black muslim opportunists on CSPAN last night? Tell me if you would trust those folks to pilot your airliner.

We're afraid of McCarthy-era communist-baiting loyalty oaths, so we avoid like the plague asking for any kind of clarification from people we suspect of supporting criminals who operate under the cloak of any sort of "religion" or political guise.

Instead of a loyalty oath they should sign a "non-violence" oath. Citizens swear an oath to become citizens. So visitors should swear some sort of agreement not to violate the laws or support criminals, and to report any such violations.
