The broad market has been going sideways since the 12th, frustrating both bulls and bears, although I have little doubt it's been frustrating the latter quite a bit more.

If the bullish alternate, and one always has to have one, kicks in here, the bears should be fully ready to throw in the towel. What an op'ty that would be.

He's been tracking it for a week or more (at least that's how long I have been following it).
