You know where VIX was last year this time....(I'm asking, I'm not sure).. I agree the VIX important, but aren't bear rules/tactics a bit different than comparisons in a bull?

MASSIVE? From here? I think not. Modest I can surely accept. New highs vis a vis October I am anticipating, but MASSIVE after we have already bounced this much. Nope. MASSIVE, in caps no less, is Dow 10,600 in my mind.
