Yep. The real target of the 30 year cancellation is agency paper, try to lower mortgage rates and reignite the refinance bubble. It'll work...until it doesn't (ie, until the dollar and other debt instruments blow up). Then one more group of bagholders will be wiped out. I'm avoiding FNM for now, but if they get back to 90+ it'll be time to start loading the boat (with shorts).

They're picking 'em off, one by one...<NG>
