The world of the truely brain dead" Speaking of brain dead, did you see that Congressman Gary Ackerman (D-NY) using the same JF logic regarding Preisdent Bush? He was incredulous that Bush would go to the World Series while Cheney was at an undisclosed location. He professed to "not understand" why we would suggest that the citizens should go about their normal lives while Cheney and Bush were kept separated. Very sarcastic and condescending while claiming to "not understand". I guess he thinks it "sends the wrong message" for us to protect our leaders and chain of command in the time of war. Seemed to not understand that President Bush is a bit more of a target than ordinary citizens. Bordered on treason imo to denigrate our president in a time of war. When flapjack or TigerPaw does it you gotta consider the source. We must protect malcontents like them also. But when an elected official shows so much stupidity and tries to creat division in a time of war, it is OUTRAGEOUS to me. Remember his name.
