Good move......I too thought about covering today, figuring to buy them back when/if we dip....but I did nothing <ggg>...oh well.....if we keep going, maybe I will write some leaps at higher strike prices so I can still get a nice premium upfront, and If I lose the shares, it will be at a much higher price.......good luck

Update on this trade (in true JacobS honest in-the-moment fashion):

Bought these all back for $1 each today (had sold them for $2 on 11/1). The profit was nice, but incidental - they fulfilled their primary purpose, which was to act as insurance, allowing me (for example) to essentially ignore the big dip after the earning report. Less aggravation and worry would have been well worth it even had it been a wash.
