tip, this was a very coordinated effort directed at lowering the long yield and reinflating the capital markets. both of these are felt by greenie and crew to be essential in jumpstarting the economy. they know it's a bubble now but they are backed into a corner...for political and personal (ego) reasons. the capital market never make sense. they are ruled by pure emotion. just another nail in the coffin that will only make it worse. unfortunately, maybe that's what they want. mike
