In another state you would find far fewer corporations formed by small groups or individuals.

There is little advantage in incorporating unless your revenues are $1 M/yr.

S invites a lot of trouble. I'd guess that most of those who formed one made a mistake, but you could never get them to admit it. The reason is that there's not a financial difference in S or in these forms in general that makes a difference. They depend upon extrapolations which always are found to be ridiculous later.
