1 - I think the assumption you base your logic on is wrong.

2 - If you think Bush is such a lousy leader what would you do different now that the attack has happened?

3 - What specifically is so lousy about him that would cause terrorists to think that if they are going to make an attack a good time to do it would be when Bush is president?
