Michail, datek just sent me a notice that I have to buy back my short in WEBX. It's not a margin call. I'm going on vacation next week. Any suggestions would be appreaciated. Thanks, ART

Our records show that you are currently short 1,000 shares of WEBX (Webex Communications Inc).
When you short a stock, you are technically borrowing the shares and then selling them. Our customers do not have to go out and find someone to lend you these shares - Datek Online arranges this. However, at this time, we are unable to borrow 1,000 shares of the security that you have sold short. You may be subject to a buy-in of this security for your account and at your expense, if this position is still held short within your account on 11/1/01.
