He was never accused. Their was a media born rumor which never was sourced. OTOH Clinton had brave witnesses step forward to detail his rape.

I read the stories. They all had one thing in common: there was never an accuser named. It was rumor mongering tabloid journalism of the worst kind. Press ethics - oxymoron.

But during his election campaign, he was dogged by the question of his cocaine use and he refused to answer it.

ET, Bush was not accused of using cocaine, except on this thread. He was "asked" if he had and, since the question was so insulting, and off base, he refused to answer. You, and many others, read into words only what you want to hear. Phone home, and have them pick you up. You are not needed here.
