One possibility is that she had a weakened immune system or genetic makeup that made her susceptible to a very low dose of spores. This might explain why no one else caught it.

Right-wing Americans vs. Saddam Hussein doesn't encompass the entire world of possible suspects. Could be left-wing Americans, could be anarchists, could be eco-freaks, could be militant anti-New World Order types, could be Lyndon LaRouchies, could be home grown by Al Qaeda, could be Hezbolla, Islamic Jihad or any of those bunch, could be the Mossad, could be anybody. That's the problem. No fingerprints.
