Clinton: I'd Run War Better Than Bush
Disgraced ex-president Bill Clinton, who as a college student
lied his way out of the Vietnam draft and then eviscerated the
military as president, is reportedly telling friends that he'd be
a better wartime leader than President Bush.

Paul McCartney's fiancee Heather Mills, who met with Clinton
during McCartney's Oct. 20 disaster relief concert in New York,
told Britain's Ananova News Service that she asked the
ex-president, "Do you wish you were president now?"

His response? "I feel I would be better trained for it, more
prepared," Mills claimed.

Asked to clarify the ex-president's remarks, Clinton spokeswoman
Julia Payne did not return the New York Post's calls, which
carried Mills' quote in Friday editions.

Though McCartney's fiancee opposes the ongoing U.S. bombing and
sympathizes with Clinton's "frustration" at being out of office,
she backs the current Commander in Chief.

"I did not like Bush before this happened, but now I find him
very human," she told Ananova.
