im going to take it slow...not buying big, but in small quantities...so if it slips, i can cost average down...if your not thinking 2-3 yrs out, wouldnt touch this stock...waiting to dip below 10.

Softechie, re" think they will have more skeletons to pull out from closet?".......it wouldn't be surprising to me if this story continues to evolve. These guys have participated in what IMHO is clearly a conflict of interest. You can bet that if they did that, they has already pushed their accounting assumptions beyond reality. For quite a few years now they have been manufacturing profits on the books utilizing "mark to market" which is within accounting guidelines but allows for assumptions that can be stretched too far if management is unethical.

Although we could see a significant dead count bounce (after all, this cat has fallen a long way); it wouldn't hurt to let this play out for a few months before jumping in. Other companies that have gone through investigations often end up lower than the original drop or at least provide the opportunity to enter at the same price months later after more information comes out.
