That is the difficult question. What is the bad news.
Is the current anthrax level factored in. Sure.
Not much else is factored in.
Of course if you'r playing with "funny money" or a pittance in here I can understand that. But if you'r "playing" with hard earned funds, that someone worked long hours to earn, I find that difficult to believe, except for the institutions that feel a need to catch-up, with someone elses money...that I can believe.
