Grace poverty is not the reason it the way the laws are written. People in poverty strive to move from it but here you see needless law that is all due to the fringe benefits that are all part of a paper service economic structure. Ambulance chasers, a term can be used broadly much of the time, an average person is taught they have grounds for a suit by those who use the law for income. All of this is part of of our economic structure it is not productive at all but it does create cash flow. It amounts to the Post office could sue US government for Anthrax fears. Legal morality without moral included in the fine print.
