<but as of now estimates for next year are still negative numbers>

You're right. ANd it may be just yet another big pump job. But you know the operating leverage KLIC has when sales exceed a certain point. A loss of a few cents could go to bonker earnings with just one or two big contracts.

"so I sold my whole LT position".

This sounds very bearish for KLIC.

Do you have similar position on other stocks, or is this due to the fact that KLIC has not dropped some 60-70% from all time highs?

Thanks and good luck.

Stan

Hi G,

It takes a lot of nerve to do that. I admire your open mind.I hope you nail it at a much lower price.

I continuously struggle with making the call you just did.

One never goes broke taking a profit. There is always another opportunity out there.

Don' look back it's not fair and enjoy the gain.

Bob

Gottfried,

i sold most of my LT KLIC today for 50-60% gain. hope to buy back lower to hold for the LT (few years) when flip chips become big. looks like prices are stalling out pending CSCO and rate cuts. do u think we will close the gap at 13.50?

sold some AMAT too for paltry 4% gain. not sure if that was wise but also looking to buy back in low 30's to establish a lower cost basis.
