I may be wrong, but I don't think you can turn graphics off in Netscape 6.1. One nice feature I just found is that you can modify the mouse wheel when Control, Alt or Shift is pressed. For example I set up Ctrl-Scrollwheel to make text larger or smaller.

(OT)Netscape 6.2 does allow you to disable graphics or just stop graphic animations. /Petz
