Well, there's your first fallacy! The government is not giving away money, they are TAKING LESS! Why do you liberals think that all money belongs to the government and that we should be grateful for whatever the government lets us keep?
I've been laid off before, but I didn't expect the government to get me a new job. I drew unemployment of about $208 a week for two weeks (which I have paid for many times over), then worked for $8 an hour until I could get a position that matched my education and experience and consequently a good salary. Why do you think the government has to take care of everything in your life?
BTW, sorry about the pimply teenager remark, but at least it got you to respond :-)
