The regime the Soviets defended collapsed in 1992. The major responsibility for disengagement is Clinton's. (Also, Reagan was not president in '89). If you cannot get the basics right, your credibility suffers.......

I'm telling you that I did not think this was Clinton's fault (agreeing), then you tell me it's Reagan's fault. Oh well. IMO it is all of America's fault that our country got to a lax enough state where this kind of thing could happen. Too many things to even enumerate. Right now we are putting all of our resources into action to turn the terrorism boat around as fast as possible (world wide), and I think that is good. Very proud of our leaders, very proud of our citizens. Very confident we will succeed.
