I have heard that they are very much like airport scanners. I have also heard that what we need at all ports are Geiger counters incorporated into those scanners.

What was the deal with the cars, people trying to avoid duty, import fees? Crooks sending stolen vehicles over seas?Florida must have had a very bad smuggling problem to spend money on scanners?

They would be wise to upgrade their scanners.
