From the chart of CDV we can see that after basing right around it's 20EMA for the prior 3 weeks the stock broke out to the upside on Thursday and is now trading above it's 50MA. The chart indicators are all bullish and there appears to be lots of blue sky above before the next resistance level of the 100MA looms. The volume sure looks good Peter.

NP says SK Telecom news boosts Com Dev

Friday Nov 2 2001 In the News
The National Post reports in its Friday, Nov. 2, edition that Com Dev International jumped 74 cents to $3.29, on volume of 558,416 shares, on the Toronto Stock Exchange Thursday. The National Post's Market Action column reports that Com Dev shares rose 29 per cent after it was selected to provide a trial wireless network for SK Telecom, of Seoul, South Korea. Com Dev said the trial network is the first step in SK Telecom's construction of a nationwide wireless network in Korea beginning in 2002.

Com Dev to raise $15-million from debenture sale

Mr. Ron Holdway reports

Com Dev International has entered into an agreement on a bought deal basis
with National Bank Financial Inc. for the sale of $15-million principal
amount of 6.75-per-cent convertible debentures due Dec. 31, 2006. In
addition, Com Dev has granted the underwriter an option, exercisable until
Nov. 9, 2001, to purchase up to an additional $5-million principal amount
of debentures. Each debenture will be convertible into common shares at the
option of the holder at any time at a conversion price of $3.50 per share.
The offering is expected to close on or about Nov. 27, 2001.
