No real point. It sounded like from your post that you started shorting today.

You think it's going to under 50? If it does, there will be plenty of other stocks that probably go down even more than 20%.

Per the linked post below, you announced your short very early in the morning and the stock proceeded to go UP all day long yesterday. You continued to mention that you were short at various times yesterday. Unless you shorted near the absolute intraday high you are breakeven at best.

With that said, have you seen all of MSFT's competitors coming out today blasting the settlement as "doing nothing"? It's all over CNBC today after the market closed. Competitors think that the "4 years of legal actions have accomplished nothing".

Your short is going to be successful if the entire economy and market falter. It will not be successful for any MSFT specific reason, IMO.
