Hi Harry,

Your in with BI-t @$1.68 for 5,952 shares.

Chart for Bell Canada International, Inc:

stockcharts.com[l,a]djcanimy[dc][pc20!b50!b100!b200!f][vc60][iUb14!Ll14!La12,26,9!Lh14,3!Lc20]

From the chart of BI one has to wonder how low can it go. Talk about a chart of a falling knife and this one is it. The stock has been in a straight downward death spiral for months now. The chart indicators are bearish but the real question is, where is the bottom? The heavy volume of late may be signaling the bottom is near to be sure. I would have to guess a good entry point in this stock is when and if it crosses atop it's 20EMA. JMO

Good luck with this pick,
Al

NP says Tanguay exit news clobbers BCI stock

Bell Canada International Inc BI

Also BCE Inc (BCE)
The National Post reports in its Saturday, Nov. 3, edition that Bell Canada
International tumbled by as much as 25 per cent after the Montreal-based
company announced a change at the helm. The Post's Jason Chow writes that
late on Thursday, BCI said its chairman, William Anderson, would be
replacing retiring chief executive officer Louis Tanguay. Investors took
the announcement as a sign that more troubles were around the corner. BCI
stock hit a new 52-week intraday low of $1.44 before ending the day down 25
cents or 13 per cent to $1.68 on the Toronto Stock Exchange Friday.
Already, the stock has tumbled 94 per cent since the beginning of the year,
and is trading at just a fraction of its all-time high of $47.50 reached in
March, 2000. BCI invests primarily in Latin America and has been plagued by
financing problems for months. UBS Warburg analyst Stuart Isherwood says
the management change was more symbolic of BCI's turmoil than a sign of
more troubles ahead. Mr. Isherwood has a "hold" rating on the stock. He
says nothing has really changed at BCI. "They replaced the CEO with the
person who was the chairman." BCI is majority owned by BCE.
