Housing prices are falling and will continue to do so proportionately to their inflated rise.

How can you be sure that a price is inflated?

As I can see now, conditions (states) exists momentarily which allow price to have a propensity to move in a particular direction. Who is to say that such a state won't persist or be replaced by a similar acting state.
