<Savings or consumption will be their choice.> to utilize this for savings i feel the wise choice at this time. And i feel that decision making would create a better situation nation wide.why? i just feel a populace with savings are the least vulnerable. But all pressure i am sure will be in attempting to get people to part with their cash rather than save it. I hope they save.My gut feeling the government cares little for the individuals personal finances and the battle cry will be "spend spend"--Max
