Query from the outside: Does anyone here really think that LVLT can survive long enough until there is demand for their bandwidth? ... before bankruptcy collapses the house of cards that was piled so high during the great tech boom and subsequent blowoff top? "If you build it they will come..." Across the board, in tech land, that proved not to be the case... especially for enterprises leveraged high with debt... worked great during the bull, and was exposed as extremely risky when the bull left town. Just wondering.
