Lets hope someone will act on it before
the terrorist get it set up.

I can picture the mess it would make
beyond the damage the bombs do.
So lets say two or three ships explode
in our harbors.
Then Picture several hundred ships enroute
with loaded containers being told they
can't come into the U.S. until all their containers
are checked. Now the way they are stacked they
have to be offloaded somewhere in order to check them.
Who in the world is going to want to let those
ships into their harbors ?
Think of what goes through the Mind of the Master
when he finds out he might have a hidden bomb on
his ship and no one wants to let him enter a port.
Will he get the OK to dump his cargo ?
Will he even wait for the OK , if he does
chances are he will have keep the news from the crew
or make up a story for them so they don't throw him
overboard and dump the cargo on their own.
