JF, it is outside the scope of this forum to tell you everything that goes into the conclusion I share with most Americans. This belief was given to my parents by their parents, it was given to me by them both. I have not seen anything or heard any arguement that refutes this.

I think we have a lot of whiney, elitist ingrates in the US but they add to the fabric that makes us the greatest country in the world.
