A little known fact about Lolich. He could (and did) pitch with either arm. Even amphibious ;-) people would have a hard time being proficient enough with their "off" side to try it in a game. I've never heard of anyone else being able to do it.

I remember that game really well. I was an obsessive seven year old Tiger fan, growing up in Michigan. Every night in the summer was listening to Ernie Harwell on the radio. That game was one of the most amazing pitching feats in modern baseball history.
