O.T. The past several years, I've been working on several innovations. Unfortunately, I either seem to be way too far ahead of the curve for investors (primarily venture caps) to understand the enormity of my inventions or just skeptic of middle aged entrepreneurs from the midwest. The first effort was to add an entirely new dimension to the Internet as an advertising venue. In early 98 I screamed the internet was a terrible direct marketing vehicle and was going to crash. But, with Yahoo at $260 (now $11) and all the other dot coms at 10X to 20X their current multiples, I was considered a crackpot. LOL Finally, after much USPTO bureaucracy, I'm expecting the first review on my client-side advertising system this month. It may not be too late to save the Internet from itself. <G> Then several months ago, I turned my attention to the problem of reducing our dependence on foreign oil. The result is the development of a whole new techology relating to internal combustion based on dielectric constants in polymers and ion-oxygenation of atomized fuel. To date I have numerous Ph.D. level scientists concept validating my hypotheses at the most prestigous Universities and highest regarded laboratories in the U.S. Govt. Still ... investors look at any claim outside standard Detroit technology as "snake oil". However, the very, very crude alpha which only uses one of the physics principles of my device is boosting the mileage in my fuel injected V8 32V about 15-20%. I have 3 provisional patents filed on this technology to include internal combustion as well as HVAC. You would think with top Administrators mouthing the words "reduce dependence on foreign oil" they would be hell bent to encourage any possible innovation ... but they quit funding anything for 2001 back in March. Go figger. There's much more to this saga ... but I hate to continue in this venue ... although I did mark this post as O.T.
