Hi Don Green; Re distinction between RDRAM and Rambus (and RMBS as well)... I try to distinguish between them, but I must screw up every now and then. No, there are no "legal restrictions", LOL, I'm just trying to be as accurate with the language as possible.

RDRAM: The Direct Rambus DRAM memory interface technology.
Rambus: The company that got convicted of fraud.
RMBS: The Nasdaq traded stock of the company that got convicted of fraud.

Right now it's obvious that RDRAM is dead.

Rambus is dead too, unless they can pull off a miracle against their many courtroom opponents.

As for RMBS, it goes up and down every day. It seems to be following the SOX pretty well, at least for day to day movement. (70-20-10). For long term, I figure it will go to zero, but that will take years. The next "bet" I have for it is that it will be under $18.84 on December 31, 2001, and is with Mathemagician: #reply-15645679
