This guy you're referring to must not have contributed to the DNC as did the major drug dealer that mr. bill pardoned.
Also, George W. Bush never sent anyone to jail for drug use/sales. The people of Texas
through their elected representatives who made the laws plus the juries who heard the cases
sent these people to jail
I'm sure you are familiar with the phrase " if you do the crime you will do the time".
In the case of these purveyors of death and misery their greed overcomes their fear of
incarceration or, as you mentioned, they can plea bargain their way to a slap on the wrist
from some liberal judge.
