Think of the symbolism, system against system. Capitalism vs. theological-fascism. Theo-fascism undone as capitalism mobilizes the core human drive that gives it greatness (and its basis in reality), greed!....

For starters, I'd consider dropping tear gas canisters from planes among the extremist Pakistanis along the Afghan borders. I'd take pictures of the innocent children on our hijacked airliners plus OBL & distribute wanted posters for the murder of children, throughout the region. And a similar one with photos of all the dead Muslims... and another with all the dead Jews (to dismiss the quackery suggesting Israel did it). Computer simulations of sound & image could catch OBL admitting to all manner of atrocities. Disinformation is disinformation, right? Water cannons sprayed over Taliban troops in frigid weather could be useful. These are just a few spur-of-the-moment examples. With thought, many more ideas from many good minds should produce some useful techniques & strategies. Thermography should be pinpointing folks well by now, it would seem.
