Hi Captain, Jim, our friends south of the border are doing a good job increasing the daily production also - they need the money as well. Opec shortens their viability every time they gouge the market.They must not only ship oil - they must invest wisely - as someday they 'll have the additional costs of keeping the desalination plants going - or it will be goat milk forever. This is why in the long term, they will play ball our way - as their nest egg will be invested in the largest safest market in the world. Let's face it, their world is far from safe - we will help make it safer - if they play ball to our rules - THEY MUST - We're the only game in town big enough to handle their nest egg. JMHO Bob That doesn't mean we won't enjoy being able to say you lose if they blow it.
