I'm frustrated by it but I expected it, as a matter
fact the Senate authorized an committee to investigate
how vulnerable we were and what the likely response
would be some years ago.
Well the committee did their job , but no one read
their report; indeed they predicted long ago
that we would respond in an most incoherent way.
