RR,

Western front is all quiet. We had our own jitters earlier this week when our Governor announced that the four major suspension bridges in the state were increasingly likely targets. I now have my excuse to drive as fast as I normally do when commuting. lol

We're hoping to make our latest long-term coins with yet another refinance. Mortgage rates have dropped considerably lately - - the discontinuation of sales of 30-year bonds has helped a lot this week.

I'm looking forward to Scott's return. Isn't it funny how one person can make such a difference?
