Studies I've seen indicate otherwise.

Problem with studies is they can be made to say anything. I'm sure all the studies you look at skew the numbers to support your position.

I get my info from actually having dealt with it for 30+ years.

This presumes they will have a job, which they likely will not if employers can't afford them.

Make welfare just as hard to get as a building permit.
