Free Money
Not really but may as well be.
Just locked in a mortgage refinance rate today of 6 1/4.
No points.
No closing costs.
No title insurance search.
Quite literally - ZERO fees.
Wells Fargo or whoever is picking all those fees up.

Save about 2,000/year
Hardly any paperwork.
No W2's
No bank statements
No tax returns

All Done in an hour or so, forms over the internet

Guess my credit rating at 775 or whatever did not require anything.
The guy I talked to on the phone before he sent me applications over the net said business was booming.

So...
Probably best not to bet against FNM quite yet.
I hope this pig hits 100.
Leap PUTs will be called for.

I went with a mortgage broker and he found me the best rate.
Two days ago the rate was 1/8 less.
This is THE bottom.
But per chance it is not, I will gladly refinance again as long as costs are ZERO.

I am NOT taking out any extra money, so screw Greenspan who wants me to blow my money.

The mortgage broker I went with is R.J. Financial but they are only licensed in Illinois. Look around, but do not waste time, the free money deals are put there.
