Larry, I think it's great you post your charts and interpretations for all to view. I'd like you opinion on the possibility that we have seen a breakout to the downside of the Nasdaq channel. My interpretation of the Nasdaq channel as of Oct. 29th extrapolated forward shows Oct. 30th as a breakout to the downside and the last few days are testing the lower channel. This signals the possibility that we are ready to see the Nasdaq turn down.

Of course, the difficulty for me with channels is that the exact channel is not always clear to me until it's too late. Do you have any rules of thumb as to how to pick the lows and highs to draw the channels through? That is the tough part for me. But of course there will never be a clear and simple market indicator.
